Freelance Search Engine Optimisation Specialist
Available 8am - 8pm: 07557 749088
My name is Link Spider and I have been a Search Engine Optimisation Consultant for 6 years. Since graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science, I started a business through the Princes Trust and became a specialist in Search Engine Optimisation, Website Design, PC repair and IT support services for businesses and residential clients around the UK. I am a freelance search engine optimisation consultant.

I have always been fascinated with search engines and the optimisation processes required to rank on them, regardless if it’s Google, Bing or Yahoo, who would not want to be on top spot of a search engine result? For any business, this is absolutely invaluable and can make a break a business. Over the past six years, I have had (and still have) many clients that I perform SEO for, but a question I usually get asked is: “Why do you not charge more? Many SEO companies start at £1,000 per month” and the answer is simple..

“Efficient, Kind and helpful. I have dealt with many SEO consultants before but none of them came close to the results Mike achieved within months!”

paul tovey SEO Consultant London: Who Am I?

Link Spider

.. I am a freelancer, not a business. I do not need to charge you more to pay for office rent, expenses, staff costs and travel. I work from the comfort of my own home and my SEO work to date is of the same quality, if not better, than any SEO company could offer. I’m honest, hard working and love what I do. How could I need any more motivation than that? For more information on how I can help your website or if you would just like to talk, feel free to add me on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, give me a call or just e-mail me on mike@linkspider.co.uk.

Since school, I have always had an active interest in information technology and was fascinated by its advancement over the years. I remember when I was in primary school, being allowed to use an Acorn PC for the first time, this computer was terrible and only really ever froze while trying to write a small word document, but just 4 years later, I remember being given a second-hand PC with a 1.5Ghz processor, it was quite a jump forward in such a small amount of time! The technological advancements needed to create this chip blew me away and I started to see the impact that technological advancements had on the world. It was not just the latest advancements in technology that caught my eye, but the advancement of the world wide web.

I quickly realized that the potential for the internet was vastly underestimated, even back in my youth. The internet was used mainly for e-mails, pin-ball and terrible card games, which I saw as a huge waste of potential, it was not long before businesses realised this too and was already spamming the world with sales and offers. Since then, it has always been a powerful marketing tool to be noticed on a search engine. All the way from Archie, the first search engine, in 1990 up to the most popular search engine of 2013, Google. The rules of getting your business to the top of search engines have always been shady to me before the Google Panda and Penguin updates in January 2013, quite often a company would simply pay a middle-eastern based company a fraction of UK prices for thousand of back-links to their website and their website would be ranked number 1 on Google, but not anymore thanks to the panda and penguin updates. For me, this was a great step forward for search engine optimisation consultants everywhere.
